Design and Technology Teacher Job Description: MPS1-UPS3 £36,745-£56,959 Delivering lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. Creating engaging and inspiring lesson plans that communicate a clear set of learning objectives. Developing the student's subject knowledge and understanding of key concepts through using a range of teaching strategies. Providing constructive feedback and assessment to students on their progress. Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop the subject curriculum and resources.Design and Technology Teacher Person Specification: Have a strong passion for creativity and share the school's commitment to nurturing student's creative passions. Hold a relevant degree in product design. Experienced teacher and ECT encouraged. Be able to provide excellent classroom management.
